At Little Blue Preschool our teachers come to us with a variety of styles of education and life experiences. Some have a degree in Early Childhood Education, some have more real life experiences. It is not uncommon for us to have teachers with related specialties, such as midwifery or special education. We expect all of our teachers to be life long learners who bring their personal interest and talents into the classroom.
We are always trying to learn more about out profession. At our weekly staff meetings the educational director leads the staff in various training topics. Staff are encouraged to attend conferences and workshops around the state on topics related to early childhood education.
All staff have current CPR and First Aid certifications and have passed a criminal background check.
And of course we only choose staff who are caring, trustworthy, fun loving and have a way with kids!
